Accident or violent death

Pursuant to the provisions of the Penal Code and of the By-law on the examination and establishment of the time and cause of death, the person authorised by law to conduct an inquest and to perform an examination of the body of the deceased person and establishment of the time and cause of death is granted the right to send the body of the deceased person to a competent institution for an autopsy in order to establish the cause and all the facts related to the cause of death.
