The company POKOP d.o.o. has successfully implemented the project titled “ePogrebnik”, reference number: NPOO.C1.1.2.R3-I3.01.0309.

The aim of the project is to provide a high-quality foundation for the implementation of the digital transformation of POKOP d.o.o. through project activities, focusing on business processes and the introduction of a new external business model. This contributes to the general goal of the call, namely the digital transformation of enterprises in the Republic of Croatia.

  • Grant funds – €99,378.89

  • Private contribution – €87,423.55

The project started on January 1, 2023, and the implementation period ended on January 1, 2025.

Objectives and results of the project proposal: Through this project, POKOP d.o.o. will significantly increase its competitiveness by investing in modern technology and digital solutions, resulting in sales growth and the strengthening of its market position both domestically and internationally. The implemented digital transformation will enable the improvement of key business processes, while the new business model, combined with new production capabilities, will further enhance the company’s operational efficiency. By training employees in digital competencies, POKOP d.o.o. will further strengthen its capacities and improve business results.
